RETURN POLICY

      Our goal is to provide a service that benefits all of our clients. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. In some cases, you may wish to return certain items. Please read the return policy below and we will do our best to assist you!
Returnable:
      Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged during the warranty period* are subject to the following criteria:
      1) Defective item arrived damaged/broken or soiled.
      2) The item received is not the correct size/color.
Return Time:
      If time has passed since you accepted the package, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
      In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
      If you want to return the product for reasons that are not as expected, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Return Conditions:
      For items without quality issues, please understand that we will not be responsible for returns. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team prior to shipping to our return address.
non-returnable items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
      1. Items out of warranty.
      2. Items that have been washed, worn, used, labeled or abused

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 
Notes:
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Processing time: 2-7 days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
